Default Instrument cluster Sprinter W906 shows dashes

    Hello everyone
Someone could provide information or a solution to this problem. I have a Mercedes Sprinter instrument panel, it shows the real kilometers and after a few seconds it shows regions.
Check the km in ezs and dash and they are the same. The van has a tachograph and according to the client someone tried to cancel it. I don't know exactly what happened but it turns out that now the instrument panel shows hyphens. I have read that it could be a synchronization problem but in ezs and dash the km are the same, it is not seen that someone manipulated or tried to modify km.

    Thanks

i checked your file and at least tachograph has not been manipulated. maybe you need to use xentry.

    Hello
    Thank you for your answers
The kilometers are the same in ezs and in the dash I don't think it was modified.
I found many posts that the problem could be solved with coding of the instrument cluster and ezs with star .
    Does anyone know the procedure?

Mileage is same but the SSID is different, that causes your problem.

If the dashes come up instead of mileage this is what you do:
    - set kms in dash to 0km
    - plug into the car
    - must use MB Star program Xentry and do the "initial start up" or "teaching in" process

After that mileage should appear. Tacho can be switched ON/OFF inside cluster dump also if needed.

If someone touched EZS before you may have issues syncing the cluster it happened to me before.

I have just seen in your photo the "T" sign is illuminated which means Tacho problem. Maybe it is faulty or wasn't disconnected properly and dash is still waiting for km info from tacho?

    Hello
The problem of the letter T is solved
and in theory the tachograph is deactivated in the instrument panel, check with mb star. But the gions keep appearing. I think I should change the ezs settings and sync again with the instrument panel....
