the problem is that the controller Accept the code, every code that i used, but if i code after vcds help info, for example 0001005, or 0011064, or 0411111 or 0000001 etc, every combination that i tried someting is not working well, in some examples buttons for bc does not work, cannot change/select in the menu. the problem is that the car is not having sensor for washing fluid and on cluster appears washer low.

Coding in the counter will not turn off the low washer fluid level indicator (no such option). Try to connect pin 20 (if I remember correctly) in the meter through a resistor with the ground of the vehicle.

    Coding A3 8P Instrument Cluster
    Coding

    • ????xxx: Equipment
      • +0001 = 2nd Fuel Tank Characteristic (All-Wheel Drive)
      • +0002 = Highline without DIS (for Midline variant 9Q3 - Automatic without DIS)
      • +0004 = Manual Transmission (not midline variant 9Q3)
      • +0008 = 2nd tire circumference pair (e.g. winter tires)
      • +0016 = Tire Pressure Monitoring (MY 2007+)
      • +0032 = Advanced Front Lighting System (AFS / MY 2006+)

    • xxxx?xx: Country
      • 0 = Germany
      • 1 = Rest of World (RoW - Left Hand Steering)
      • 2 = USA
      • 3 = Canada
      • 4 = Great Britain (Right Hand Steering)
      • 5 = Japan (Left Hand Steering)
      • 6 = Arabien States
      • 7 = Australia
      • 8 = Rest of World (RoW - Right Hand Steering)
      • 9 = Japan (Right Hand Steering)

    • xxxxx?x: Seat Belt Warning
      • 0 = No Seat Belt Warning
      • 1 = Europe-NCAP (permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active for 91 seconds)
      • 2 = USA and Canada OLD (visual and acoustic warning for 6 seconds)
      • 3 = USA and Canada NAR-NEW (permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active every 30 seconds)
      • 4 = Europe-NCAP (including passenger - permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active for 91 seconds)
