    Default Chevrolet Epica 2.0D 2008 Abs/Esp problem

Chevrolet Epica 2.0D from 2008 with esp light on cluster.
    Trouble codes:
C0131-4B Brake pressure sensor no calibration,
    C0186-4B Lateral accelerometer no calibration,
    C0460-4B Steering angle no calibration,

Steering angle can be solved by teaching with tester Tech2(Win) or any universal tester. (Steering angle teach left/right inverted for some reason)
    Brake and accelerometer not possible.
No option for resetting in Tech2. Tried everything. No tester is able to do this. Updated ABS-unit with SPS. It did nothing.
Epica is not supported byt GDS2. So no way to solve this. Only option googled from internet is to exhange abs-unit.

    But then came *heureka!*
Car uses a steering angle sensor 96625845. This part is used only in Chevrolet Epica,Captiva and Opel Antara.
So used Launch via Opel Antara 2008. This time the steering angle reset procedure is different. No turning left/right, only away from centre some degrees.
SAS-reset successful and after this other codes change to intermittent.
Dtc´s erased and all working nice.

Remember to repair the abs unit grounding under air filter box right next to the strut. This was the reason for esp faults in the first place.

Thanks for the info, I have a Chevrolet Epica 2.0 vcdi, and as you say, it can be accessed with Launch, have you tried with an opcom identifying it as an Opel Antara?
