    Default Jlink - Jtag to read SPC560P50 fiat 500L pinout wiring

    Hi my friends...
    I'm crazying...
    I'm trying to read ecu airbag by jlink but I have same error...
    Voltage loss 1v.
    I powered PCB by 5v external supply, but I think that Power supply must be given to airbag module 12v
    I'm searching pinout wiring connection to power this ECU...
    Help me please

    Hi
    Why are you using 5 volts? Use 3.3. volts

    I tried 3.3v also but Is same thing...
    Software tell me that Voltage Is too low.

    Hi guys, finally I managed to read the spc560 memory...
    error was too low voltage, less than 1 volt.
    Indeed, the Jlink, at pin 1, detects the voltage on the target.
    It is an input pin and not an output pin like pin 2.
    By connecting them both, I powered the MCU and at the same time the Programmer detected the necessary 3.3 volts.
    I hope this experience helps someone.

    no problem, I'll try to be clearer...
    the jlink did not connect because it did not detect a voltage of at least 1 volt on the device.
    The device was powered by a separate power supply.
    the J link detects the target voltage at pin 1
    instead it can power the target at 3.3 volts via pin 2
    since pin 1 didn't get any feedback, I connected pin 1 and pin 2 together so everything works.

    Where do you get the project files to read the modules? Can you use st link to read the ECU?

    hi, it's easier than it looks...
    the software used is jflash arm and the programmer is this one in the photo.
    Once started, in project setting, CPU, choose the chip you need to read and go ahead intuitively.

    Hi

    Thanks for the info. I saw the jlink edu and saw the st link which is extremely cheap. Was just wondering if those cheap stuff was up to the task as well.
    Also heard about project files. I guess those are just file written by the outside developers in C.
    Was wondering if there was some kind of compilation of those projects

    my jlink is cheap but works very well.
    I use it to read and write chips and I don't have the need and ability to develop programs.

    The st link is dirt cheap. Maybe 2 USD. Some projects have already been written and saw some that have been shared on this forum itself
