Mazda 3 Immo enable

Hello All,

I have Mazda 3 2008 1.6L PCM PN:z645-12A650-B
my car has no immo by default, immo light in the dash is not blink or appear by anyway but when tried to make dash test it appears and immo coil antenna was not installed.
I mange to get used coil antenna and installed it and get 2 transponders and using forscan tried to program them but it keep saying service interrupted and seems it is disabled in PCM or dash.

how can I enable the Immo functionality, What need to be change?, Is there specific data need to write in EEPROM to enable it?

Here is the two files, I was able to make the cluster work and program 2 keys but I got U2510 and car still start with any key

Hello again,

I was able to sync dash and PCM and no DTC and Immo light goes off and everything seems to be ok but the car won't start even I don't hear humming when I put key to ON seems that there is no signal to fuel Pump.
I tried to give signal to fuel pump manually to the relay and it works so it seems that PCM is disabling it.
Here is EEPROM for PCM can you check it

looks like it's a different car so give me a dash reading as well

It is the same car but using forscan I write the correct VIN block and make PATS module initialization
After doing that P1260 has gone and it is cranking but no start
