Hi Everyone!

I have a t5 transporter with edc17cp20 with caab 102hp engine. My problem is the previous owner set static speed limit with vcds. I tried to turn off but it reject. Somebody can help me with this problem?

Thanks i try it when i have time. But one question my problem is not the vmax i think. I have the static speed limit changed to 120km/h thats what i need to be modified. You changed the vmax only or the static limit too?
Sorry when my question is stupid im just learning these things.
