Default 2015 Vivaro 1.6 CDTI cuts out at the same RPMs... Help needed!

    Hi

So, still have a couple more checks to do, but I am not very confident that that will bring anything new to the table...

The van is a 2015 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6 CDTI 2900 (Single Turbo) (R9M engine if i am not mistaken...)
The engine cuts out EVERY SINGLE TIME when:
Cold - cuts out when reaches 2600 rpms...
Warm - cuts out when reaches 2900 rpms...

Does it stationary, or driving, does not matter the speed or load, always cut out at the same rpms... obviously driving, the engine is warm, so cuts out at 2900...
If I started it cold and drive off straight away, then it cuts out at 2600 rpms, that until the engine warms up.

Driving, until it cuts out, the van drives perfectly, has power, and pulls ok, until the 2900 rpms.

When it shuts down, you turn the key off, crank it and it starts straight away, cold or warm.

Now, I started to suspect the ecu, so, I have loaded a original map, and the van throws faults for the 2 EGRs and for the swirl flaps, or diverter valve...
(None of this faults I believe would cause such issue)
This obviously shows that the ecu has been remapped/modified to deleted these components.
Disconnecting this components makes no difference, I am still able to start the van, but still cutting out.

Removed the pressure regulator to see if was any swarf, is clean!
I am not convinced that this is a fuel issue, because the cutting out is sharp at 2900 rpms, independent of the load...

I am now thinking, if is something on the EPROM data, so would like someone expertise to have a look and see what you guys think.
    The ecu is a EDC17C42.

Attached is the original files I have backed up, and the backup maps I have flashed.

Any help will be much appreciated!
    Thank you
