Default Ford Mondeo Mk4 GEM replace

    Hello!

Anybody has experience for Mondeo Mk4 GEM modul replace?
I have cloned only with external eeprom an used GEM modul.
Not working. After I have taken back original GEM but car not working, immo active. But I have read only original Delphi GEM.
    What is problem?

You also need to clone the processor.

As you talk about external EEPROM, it must be from preFacelift car (2007-2010) BCMii (you call it "GEM"). The PATS key codes are not inside the EEPROM, only car-config is there.
PATS is in "E2 Data-Flash" of R32C Microcontroller. You should have cloned that instead.

But if you did not mess around with the old BCM, or any other modules after putting the replacement in, it should work to put the old one back.
Did you unsolder the EEPROM to read it? Maybe reput it wrong back?
