All by OBD, many tools support this and often have the fixed PIN already within the tool so you don't even have to worry about that. Depending on your region it will be 4C or 4D 61. Almost any tool that was in active development in the mid 2000s will have this. Smart Pro still supports them for sure.
Thanks very much for your replay … I will try by OBD and let you know
Hey… tried by OBD with im508 and smart pro and no communication with immobiliser… anyone can tell me we’re is the immobiliser location so I can read it and make a chip? I have vvdi2 and vvdiprog
I did one a week ago akl , the year of the car was 2001, id 4D 61
programming using mvp pro , bypass pincode
Hy all.. still no joy spent on the car 3 hours .. it’s a 3.2 diesel with 2 batteries in the engine bay..
found 15 amp blown fuse inside the car fuse box is located under the steering column
I attached a 2 photos from the part number of the ignition coil maybe the immobiliser data is located there?
if yes please if anyone had experience with this car not by OBD .. no communication with im508& smart pro

According to the pictures, yes it is the immo box, but the picture with the board I see that you have a lot of corrosion, you need to check if it is not damaged.
Inside the box there is Motorola mcu mc68hc805p18 and need adapter to read the data to make key to start the car.
