Vw Crafter 2011 strange problem

Hello friend
I need help one more time in another Crafter 🙄

The car come runing, without problems.
The customer want put egr and dpf OFF.
So... I put egr and dpf off, write in boot mode without problems.
When i go mount the ecu in the car not star and no crank.
I try to scan ECU and i cant comunícate with engine, instruments, abs.... Nothing.
I insert the key, the stering looc unlock... All right with the immo.

I try put the ori file and its the same, the car wont star, no crank and no comunication in obd2 ( i have 12v test in vag com k1 and k2 ok and CAN: NOT READY i deduze the car not have can)

Somebody can help me?

Mate when you opened the ecu ,you may have damaged something,check carefully

I already see.... Dont see some smd broken or other thing.
I feel confused abaout ECU damage beacause i disconect the ECU of the car and i try scan with vcds the other modules and i cant acess to airbag, instruments, immo... Etc, nothing. Its like fault some vcc signal.
If are only the ecu damaged... I should acess to the others modules, right?

Maybe the car has anti-theft measures, a button or something else, and the lack of diagnostic communication with the computer may be a consequence of incorrect obd2 pinout ( can-h can-l) Have you tried diagnosing the car before removing the ECM?

Unplug ecu and check, whether you can communicate with instrument and abs again. If yes, the ecu blocks Drive-CAN. Check pins from ecu. Maybe one bended?

Edit: Sorry, didnt read correctly. You already tried this. You could try to diagnose ecu on bench to be sure its OK. So I also would say, that the problem is in car. Ignition in instrument is visible? Lamps on?

No, my college no scan before take the ECU beacause the car come here without this problem and motor start and crank without issues.

Yesterday, i comunicate with ecu in bench witout problema, i acess... read...write without issues.
And in the dashboard to me, its all right, tye lamps ON the ignition key work no immo problems.
I check all fuse and no see nothing open

Check the voltage after ignition according to the diagram, at least to the engine ECU
Then check can H and L for short or hang on 5v
Are you sure about the OBD cable that it has proper communication with this car? If not,
try someone else's diagnosis

if no damage to pcb, check if there is damage on some of ecu connection pins... also try to write old file, also in boot mode

Hello friends
Sorry for the late report. Only yesterday start again in this car.
I measurent the obd2 plug. I have 2.5v in CAN H, 2.5V in CAN L with 60 ohms . I think this are all right.
The car not have wire K LINE in plug OBD2.

In the test with vag com i have the information CAN NOT READY and i cant comunicate with nothing and the car not start or crank.

I try acess to ecu in bench mode with vag com and have the same situation CAN NOT READY and no have acess to ecu.
But... And this its the funny, i can acess to ECU WITH CAN LINE and gpt0/1 wire conection in pcflash and put all files original before the test i descrive before

Somebody can help ?
Never have this problem before.
