my Autocom 2021 does not erase dtc vw golf 8

Hi, I can't clear dtcs with my 2021 autocom on a vw golf 8.
I can read and see data in real time and also reset the service, but it won't let me delete error codes.
Do I need an additional activation key or something?

The c4b 21 is a fake. It is a modified version of our 2020.23 so it will not work like the original 21 version.

Should try our latest 2022.02a release.

I have investigated and I have read that the ECUs of new cars are blocked with a firewall that can only be accessed online with the brand.
They call it the SFD lock of the gateway to the car electronics.

Try it with the Hood the FIREWALL is deactivatet when its open.
In Workshop with Gutmann its writen there to open it because the you cant delet anything
