Ista D with error

I ve installed different version ista D alle with the same issue: tried versin 4.32.1 and 4.39.20

Failed to start ISTA.
Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA.

I tried averything i found on forum without suc6
Installed both C++ x86 and x64 + netframework. Did regcleaner and reinstalled.

Any help is welcome

solved by installing ista D on partition D not C
