I replaced 93c56 old-->used display, but see DISPLAY SAFE. And please help with pin code this damp.

and your donor dump is read incorrectly, too small, check settings

100% wrong read, your data is from 93C66 8bit chip

My data in ST93c56, 128X16. 100% GID Siemens, blue conector. See dump in hex editor.
Other GID have 93c66 eeprom and other size dump (512b), and other structure dump. This GID opel Zafira B monohrom yellow, not Astra, Vectra.

PIN not even in that part of the data.....
REALLY look at your chip, it says 93C66, post picture showing your chip.
Just read as 93C66 and post it here.......
