Hi there, i have an old AUTOCOM Hardware but i cant read errors and I cant update

The firmware version is not loaded and have not idea to do.
My hardware have 2 boards. one to conector and bluetooth comunication and another from control.
The micro has SAB-C167CS-LM and flash AM29F800BB

Is posible a easy solution to flash? or I need desolder, program a dump file and resolder?

Your VCI has SN 20418.
Go to :
-HELP
-LICENSE,
There you can check for which serial number you have activated the autocom software.
In old VCIs, the most common was SN 30250 or 30251.


You should try changing the Serial Number (SN) of your VCI to 30250 or 30251.
If you are successful and your VCI is not damaged, you may be able to use it with SW 2017.3 and earlier.

It is not possible to get it to work no matter what you try. This board is just too old. We have said this for the last three years since we brought out the 2020.23.

You need to bin that or only use it with the 2017. Buy the newer best quality reworked one from hanstanz.

Thanks for last phrase. I will not buy another one, because i have better tools now. But i was just wondering if i can get all of this tool. And, yes, last sw working for it was 2017. Thank you for confirmation.
