It was a easy cloning job but original dme can't be read due to a water damage.

Yes, that's donor vehicle vin# Hardware/part# are the same.

A6 7E write to cas, make synchro, thats all

Thank you, but I do still have a question... Will the VIN# change inside the donor ECU? I'm asking because emissions test are done only via OBD2 IF vin# doesn't match chassis number test will be marked as FAIL, therefore no updated plate tags will be granted. Thanks

Open a file in Hexeditor and change Vin .
The second way.
upload the new flash using winkfpt by entering the new vin, then synchronize with inpa or another tool
