You can charge and balance cells if you are know what you are doing, then the errors you can delete. You have to know how to behave with litium cells. If you dont know anything in electronics i recomend give this to electronic technics

I KNOW WELL ABOUT ELECTRONICS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOT YET ABOUT LITHIUM BATTERIES. I DID THE PROCEDURE IN THE CAR WITH ODIS BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHARGE IT. I WILL DEEPER INTO THE SUBJECT. FINDING SOMETHING TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE.

Use charger for litium cells, all of them should be charge equal, disconnect wires from central electronic and check all connections from 2 plugs to cells before you start charge and balance them.

First of all you must check the internal resistance of all cells.
