if the hack for nag3 was out to soon then nag4 would have been developed and bought out instead. so lets wait till vermin has spent all the cash on nag3, sent out all cards and feel secure that the service is secure then we can bring out the fix for nag3 .... it all comes to he who waits! (mathew chapter 3 ver 27)

nagra 3 is more complicated than i thought ,i had a wee look at the keys on the ebox and everything is different now ,and so it looks more complicated with individual channels having thier own key codes.if the keys ever came out for n3 then you will be typing for half an hour just to get your box up every day.

i'm enclined to think i will be cracked
all these things are a business and theres no business without repeat business. the code makers have to leak the crack or they will not get any more orders... and so it goes on and on like arriston.....

    I've got two DM600PVR doorstops...

nagra three will be hacked,,many people think nagra 1 wasn't and it was given away by sky but it wasn't,why would you give away the codes to let people watch free sky sports on a different platform??? Nagra 1 was in operation for over 12 years, well past its sell by date,,

the question really sholdn't be if it will be hacked, its if the cable companies will be ready for it???

sky seem to be ready for c/s and alot of people seem to be having problems with there new white cards,i think we had a good run, with the down turn in sales of new residents ceo's are more concerned about piracy now so we may just have to start paying,

As many of us have said in the Past N3 will never be hacked.

    1. N3 has been used for nearly 2 years on satellite TV (not one channel has ever been opened)

    2. N2 was not hacked it was given to us by Rupert Murdoch (owner of Fox Americia & Sky UK and owner of NDS encryption company ) who wanted to Distroy Nagravision and nearly did by leaking the N2 code to the world.

    3. Satellite Tv has many encryptions in use and not many have been hacked for years its getting to advanced to be emulated.

    4. Encryptions are not hacked first for cable, it will always be hacked for satellite Tv long before cable.

    5. Nagravision 3 and NDS used by Sky are the most secure encryptions been used, and any operator can change there Rom version within hours of any breach, each provider uses a different Rom making it even harder to hack.

Forget it your cable is gone and will stay gone, the days of free cable are over for good.

I would have to agree, those cards are very secure, and with glitching not possible on them atm i cant see anything happeninig soon....but I would predict a card dump at some point in the future

The poll has certainly divided opinion-I am not too confident it will be breached but let us consider the type of people we will be looking at to perform this task;no-one is incorruptable and with this comes a much darker side to our rose-tinted view of this subject. In all honesty we are oblivious in most cases how any "too good to be true" offer or benefit lands on our doorsteps and for the most part choose to ignore this.Money or lack of it motivates people to do things they would not normally be capable of-this is not aimed to cause ripples in our Forum but a true observation of the World and times we live in and I certainly am not implying all involved in this are cut form the same cloth-but there are and always will be people who will go the extra mile if you get my drift.
