    Default Audi Q5 0711 BCM2 034-CONTROL MODULE DEFECTIVE

    Hello guys,

    long story short : i bought myself a 2016 Audi Q5 flooded .

Everything removed cleaned and so on ,replaced all modules affected.

BCM2 is 8KO907064KH -----Renesas D30F3634 ------1510KE428 microcontroller (no external eep) .Since this in locked BCM2 ,i bought a 2nd hand unit same HW/SW number and swapped microcontroller.

All modules have diagnostics ,when i press start button i get " Ignition lock defective on dash" and car will not engage KL15 .
Car doesn t have ELV (auto trans) .

    on BCM2 i have following error : 00003-Control module
    034 : Defective.

Checked everything ,it seems that this is a BCM2 sw fault.

Now i can buy a new BCM but i m trying to save this one.I borrowed a POLDIAG tool from a friend and will try to repair SW this week.

Anyone had this problem before? Any tips ?

    Thank you !
