Hello everyone. I just bought Lexie 3 but it doesn't want to work. The program/Diagbox I received is version 9.150. The program itself turns on and sees the interface, but it cannot read the VIN or connect to the vehicle. For a moment, I had access to a computer on which Diagbox was installed, but in an older version. In the device manager I noticed that my device is missing the ACTIA USB DEVICES item. Instead there is a com port. I tried to install several versions, it didn't help. I also installed it on two computers (Windows 7 and Windows 10) without any changes. I need urgent help because the interface is urgently needed. PS psa interface checker program does not see the interface (after clicking activate, the init ko message appears)

Hi.
I think your problem is bad drivers.
You most likely bought the cheapest version of Lexia 3 (200-290 PLN on Alie...), which is built on the basis of VXDIAG PassThru J2534 interfaces. The drivers in the photo are not for the PassThru device.
Ask your dealer for the correct drivers.
