odometer correction tool/device/software

Hello guys.

I am looking for a good odometer correction tool that is multi brand.
what is the best one that i can take. easy to use, and i was hoping for obd correction also i know that this is not always possible.
looking for a good tool and not a 300 dollar device or it must be good.
maybe there is some software for the laptop?
looking for the darker stuff you know.
