Opel Agila B security code for key programming with OP Com

How to find pin code for Opel Vauxhall Agila B (Suzuki splash) using op com to erase or add new key transponders.

OP Com software 200603a used with interface V1.65 with genuine microchip 18F458 (FW upgradable interface)

Select vehicle (for this one it was a 2010 Agila B manual 1.2 petrol engine.)
select Body then immobiliser (key ignition on).

click the "brute force search" box at the bottom right then "enter security code" button, wait until you see the message "correct security code entered". (this may take a few minutes)

Note down the last 2 hexadecimal numbers (0x02 and 0xC7 as in this image)

To calculate the code:

02 hex = 2 decimal, multiply this number by 256 = 512
C7 hex = 199 decimal
add the 2 numbers then add 1
512+199+1= 712.

Potentially there are 56,535 codes (5 digits hence 00712)

Enter the code calculated, uncheck the "brute force search" then click the "enter security code" button.
You can now Erase all transponders (if keys lost) or learn new keys.
Note: you will need to click the enter code button again before adding a second or third transponder key.
