Audi A6 steering lock emulator problem

I ve a Audi 2005 with steering defect. I read it on bench and write the file to ELV emulator.
Car does not start
Elv wih 3L40K EEPROM. I read somewhere that the dump need to be converted from 2k to 4k before write it to Emulator

I converted the 2kb file to 4 kb OL01Y with the converter above. Did write file to emulator with vvdi prog under J518 2010 0L01Y
But car still dead.
no clue what is wrong.

I ve never used a emulator before I use always second hands part and code online.

The car start sometimes in the begin mostly not. The ELV was removed from his position and i saw some solder on the PCB. Someone did before me solder wires to the PCB.

Which part number must be the same? Is it ok if I clone from one to another on photo? 2nd one Is original from car

part number 4F0905852B needs to be the same
number 2.30 and 2.10 are software numbers so clone flash plus eeprom, if software number is the same you can copy eeprom only but then again always check if flash file is the same and not corrupt

Remember when you program emulator or second hands ELV. Need first scan the car and delete all faults codes. Otherwise car wil not start.
