2020 Ford F350 Diesel Correction help needed

Hi I have a 2020 Ford f350 Diesel Im attempting to correct. Can anyone help by chance? The chipset is a 93c86
The current is 296427.0 miles I need 136500.0 miles. If anyone can help correct or teach either would be appreciated.

and what year more o less you could be post the original file post, but you can do it by obd too

My mistake the attachment didnt post first time not in a .rar originally I tried obd my machine does work on 2020 f350 but for some reason the deisel would not take.

yes its to date. It reads but doesnt write. The file you sent worked Thanks I was under the impression the 12+8 was just for chrysler dodge.
