Op com problem

Hello again.
Facing this problem....test interface passed,diagnostics,auto vehicle identification,kwp,
ecu not reply...
when i choose any other options got interface communication error or interface not powered from car.
This happen even the interface is connected to obd or not.
Anyone facing same issue?
Any ideas are acceptable

Possible faulty OPCOM, try another
also look at driver, must be for the OPCOM in use

How can I check for the drivers?

Sure you can use the phantomel software.
Once you attach the OPCOM device, please install the drivers as can be found where the software is installed. Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\OP-COM Multi\your_version\Drivers"

Browse this topic post #18 and read what Fantomel wrote. There you also have one link to all Opcom software on YANDEX. And a program to remove inappropriate drivers.
Drivers cannot be newer than July 14, 2013 (January 18, 2013 and older are good). If you use newer ones, each Fantomels Opcom software will request activation.
In my opinion your interface is of very poor quality and it should work with Opcom 08 2010 or it is already broken.
