AUDI A4 2016 - ODIS - FAZ9484E problem

AUDI A4 - 2016 - 8W model - need replace the broken dash (non virtual dash)

initially the GATEWAY (19) have 1 DTC :
1 Fault Found:
6291457 - Control Module Blocked
B2017 00 [00001001] - -
[Immobilizer_Locked]

but engine start, no problems

17 - dash - has NO IMMO, no vin, so adapting is only a matter of "component protection" (and coding etc...)

1) I replaced dash with a (same) used dash, online GEKO @ dealer level, but gives me error "FAZ9484E / Checksum-1 is incorrect"

FAZ9484E is known as faulty part, so i buy a NEW DASH !

2) new dash, online GEKO....SAME problem ("FAZ9484E / Checksum-1 is incorrect")

3) i go to 19-gateway, did also component protection remove, but give me same problem IN this gateway !!

so conclusion = the 2 dash (used and new) are oke, but gateway maybe is broke ?
anyone had same problem, or solution ?
how to "unblock" a gateway ?

I also had the error ("FAZ9484E / Checksum-1 is incorrect") when programming a brand new speedometer online. No matter what I tried, no chance.

You can easily program the speedometer with AVDI and adapt it to the car.
RH850 programmer reads the data from the old one, puts it in the new one, the rest in the car. Programming the key, etc. Did it yesterday, works.
