2021 Nissan Rogue 2.5 Used Ecu swap - which tool can do this job

Hello, please can someone who has had encounter with this type of ecu, advice which tool can do the job please, the ecu is a used one from another car…, and I will like to code it to a different car which has issue. In the past a mere key program would sync a used ecu from another car to a receiver, but I have heard that the newer modules like 2018+ it’s not working like that, I need some guide. Who has done the 2021 please black case ecu should advice thanks. I have check from flex and it does not have ecu type and year on it list for cloning.
