Renault Trafic year 2003 AKL mech key code

Hi to all!
I need make key for Renault Trafic year 2003, i found this label in the car.
Blade i thiNK is NE72, i try to cut with:

N-P-P-M-P-R
R-P-M-P-P-N

But no succes.
Someone have idea?

it is direct cuts so that code NPPMPR would be what its suggesting though the R may be a P with a mark on it as not a clear r

personally i would use NE72 lishi 2in1 , pick and decode in well under 2 mins to get correct code.

You are right, i try with P to R cut.
If not work i will buy lishi NE72
