bro in this situation when no vin in BSI the bsi got virgin by itself so (dont need to change any flash or eeprom) all u need is P2000 and pincode from ecu
after that program vin and pin code to bsi and than program keys and everything will work as before .
P.S in some sitation you need to code the windows and central locking and A/C model with p2000
