2020 Audi Q8 48v Battery repair

HI Everyone
I'm dealing with popular battery 4N0915105B which went down to 43v due to alternator failing.
Alternator is changed and codded but there is still no charge on the car on both batteries and well know faults stored
P0A7D00 and P0B2900

I have the battery charged on the bench (without board and fuses) and just before I mount everything back just wondering if someone can advise if data in CPU need to be also fixed? Some people are saying doesn't need to be fixed just recharge but found also some information that data is corrupted and need to be fixed.
