    GOLF IV 1.9 TDi AXR - EDC15P / STAGE 1 + HARDCUT 4200RPM (GOOD FOR CLUTCH)

    Hello, today was my first day with flashing my ECU which I bricked couple of times (I made another thread with easy FIX to Checksum this files HERE) (1.9 TDi AXR 101HP) . I've been learning and making "prototype" files for the past week. I wanted to make something exactly for my car, and I achieved my goal but not completly. I've made file that is easy for the clutch and does not damage other parts with sudden "Power-kicks". I bought my car with already modified ECU and Slipping clutch (probably caused by sh*tty tune). My friend applied ORI file with 101PS, and I've been driving it for about 2 months - not even one clutch slip.
    - My file is estimated for ~130HP but I limited it to ~120HP with torque limiter to get linear power raise.
    I am making this thread to ask:

    1. Is my file reliable, and will not damage engine in long-term usage?
    2. How can I make my Hardcut more "Loud?", now it is made with TQ Limiter (4200-4250 - Fuel cut to 0). I've tried to make it with SVRL but I can't find the right string (after applying file with edited HEX car won't start so I gave up)
    3. Can someone guide me how to make my car smoke at certain RPM (from 3500-4000 let's say) or make it for me? I've been trying to make it by myself but I don't want to mess up my file or my car. (Currently it is Smoke-free map, nothing comes out of exhaust)
    4. How can I make my fuel economy better for daily driving. I heard that well made file's make this engine use less diesel than ORI softs.
    5. What is the correct way to make "Deep Idle" effect. I edited N75 Map but I did not noticed any difference.

    I attach my file's below (ORIGINAL and TUNED - both checksums are ok and ready to flash). I changed:
    1. Boost Limit Map
    2. Boost Target Map
    3. Smoke Limiter
    4. Torque Limiter
    5. Driver Wish
    I didn't touch SOI or Injector duration because I feel that I am not capable of doing that at the moment .
    Feel free to try it and leave your opinions under this post. I will be glad if someone help me or rate my work

    But is there someone to explain it to me? Or tell me if this file is reliable?
    I have questions for things I'd rather learn than get ready file without knowing what is going on haha.

    I looked up this file and it gave me some hints, but it is not exactly what I wanted.
    I know how to change N75 values, but nothing else. Hardcut is currently sitting at 4600RPM which is too high to me. Power is raised to the maximum level (EDCVAG suite graph shows 148PS)
    I still don't know how to make my car to smoke at certain RPM, set SVRL and if it is even safe for the car.
