me7.1.1 95160 Immo off Help

Hi guys,


I'm quite new to this but I have been researching for the past couple days trying to learn how to remove the immo from my ecu.


The details of the ecu are-
pn: 022906032 HJ
eeprom type: 95160 ST
me7.1.1
removed from a 3.2 audi tt 2006


I got myself a eeprom reader and ive removed the 95160 chip from the ecu. now ive eddited the file and flashed it to the eeprom (95160) chip. soldered it back to the board and given it a test. it connected to vcds and then stopped connecting so not sure if thats got something to do with the eeprom. Also the car still doesnt start (will start with another immo off ecu).








anyway here are the files with immo on and off please can you check if i have done it correctly

Some people are saying i still have to flash another part of the ecu. Can you tell me the full process of removing the immo from the ECU please as im really struggling now.

the file size of that bin is 1024 bytes, but the one i got off my eeprom is 2048. would that be a issue ?

I write this to my eeprom but car not starting so i think maybe not correct ?

There must always be communication
If you lost communication after writing the eeprom, you made a mistake somewhere, maybe soldering

soldering is all good, Does the ST10F275 microcontroller need to be patched ?

when i plug it in, it will communicate once but then it wont which is why i think something is wrong. did you check the immo file i flashed to the eeprom ?

You have to have communication
Immo fault, car starts and turns off after 1-2 seconds

i flashed the eeprom with the original file and i can connect to ecu fine with vcds . the engine will start but then cut off after a few seconds.
