    Default The box super usb

    hi all new to forum woke up yesterday and all channels had been scrambled done the delete and retune everything was okay but 2 day all sky sports channels have gone tried the same again but wont get them back any advice please im in lpool by the way if that helps ?

    hi cactkid i have checked the system info and its running on 1.07 can u give me some advice on wat i need 2 do 2 update software

    If you follow this Digital Kaos - Downloads - Tutorial for setting up starview 4 super usb using the firmware that cactikid has given you the link to, you will be up & running in no time.

    i tried downloading the v1-12 software but i am getting this error msg please help..
    VLC can't recognize the input's format:
    The format of 'C:\Documents and Settings\AMY\My Documents\TheboxSuperUSB_V1.12.BIN' cannot be detected. Have a look the log for details.

    I'm having the same problem, been getting it for the past few days.

    Hope the blocker thingy doesn't come yet. I live in the Liverpool 4 area and it started off with Sky Sports 1,2,3 not working then this morning all channels apart from BBC1, 2, ITV1, Channel 4 and FIVE wasn't working.

    just do a factory rescan m8 and you should get them back..

    You need to format the usb to fat 32

    I am in liverpool too and having the same problems nearly all channels appearing as blank even after factory reset and normally that sorts it. Help!

    have you turned key code or emu to on? try scanning on a diffrent provider..

    Thanks... I have turned it on and tried a couple of others but still having same problems. Some channels work and others don't... such as sports, etc but movies ok. Any ideas how I can tell what version firmware I have as not sure if it needs an update?

    press menu then system info.

    try pressing default key then do a rescan..

    Thanks it's 1.07 so will have a go at putting 1.12 on it. Fingers crossed!
