    Hi friend.
I do not know the connections diagram of the adapter.
I can give you the link from where I bought mine.
They have at very good price and the quality is very good.
I dont know where you live but the store is here in Portugal.
    Oficina-digital.com - PORTUGAL
Check it and give me a reply.
If you dont like it I can take a picture from mine so you can see all the connections.
    Best regards,
    Nuno

Hi Nuno, very fast reply. The adapters form the link are not cheap but the quality may be of Elnec. As you have the adapter in hand, do you see any electronic component on it. I don't think there is some but only the direct wiring between 48 pin DIL and most of SSOP 56 pins which means some of those 56 should left unconnected. Other possibility is some of the 48 is connected to more than one pin on the 56. I don't think it's easy to identify all connections correctly by photos but you can give me a try. One simple way is use multimeter to check for the connectivity, if you
don't mind to spent me some of your time, thanks.

    Hi mate.
I am going to check all the connections of the adapter with the multimeter, do not worry.
Once I have the schematic I will send it to you.
    Best Regards,
    Nuno

Is your programmer Elnec? If yes, your answer can be found on the tables below the pics in the links.

ELNEC - Products - Socket Converters - Socket Converters Info - DIL44/TQFP44-1 ZIF
ELNEC - Products - Socket Converters - Socket Converters Info - DIL44/TQFP44-2 ZIF

But I wonder why they called DIL44/TQFP44-1 ZIF a UNIVERSAL converter

Okay but how about dil48/tsop48 or dil48/pqfp80 for m58bw016 flash, if I do not want to buy that expensive sockets and want to build my own with let say roth boards Roth-Elektronik - Multiadapter I want to know how to build what I need.

I presume that you use BeeProg because I dont know any other programmer do M58bw016, maybe Xeltek does. As far as I understand BeeProg is maintaining the 1 by 1 connection concept up to the limit of the available programmer count pin (48). With this concept you can simply apply to dil48/tsop48 and down to tsop32 (20mm) on the same adapter, this so called UNIVERSAL adapters. But I just found that it looks strangely on the DIL44/TQFP44-1 ZIF to the concept thus my last word on my last post.

I will be trying with PSOP56 chip. The old day commercial products of PSOP56 body have pin configulation grouped as three, 29BL802 is one type of those. Ive got the configulations of both Willon and Laptool for PSOP56 chip adapters. Together with the chips in question datasheets would help me to trial and error on BeeProg when my cheap but incorrectly configured PSOP56 adapter arrive, hopefully. For me, m58bw016 chip trial should be started after this if I did not break my PSOP56 chip, but no M58bw016 chip to play with now. BTW, which roth-elektronik product is matched m58bw016 foot print.

For refference, Beeprog adapter pin configurations are company's business point. Not neccessarily to spend time to ask them even you use the genuine product.

Hi, I have for now a beeprog clone and I am puzzled because I cannot find any connections on adapters. I previously use a labtool48 old lpt model and I find a pdf whit all connections of adapters which can be used. I did not know if any roth product is fit to m58bw016 since it is pqfp80 but I choose a memory which I have and is in beeprog list and it will be usefull to have a adapter for. There are many companies which made prototype boards as their services, and if we can figure out all connections of adapters may be we can order the most used adapters on one of those companies.

It could be the same reason to you to pick up Beeprog because it seems to support more auto chips than the others and the other good thing is the ISP mode. But the drawback is the knowledge of most of its adapters.

It was just my quick look at Roth-Elektronik list, now realised that the prototype for M58BW016 should be RE460-02 and seemed I like it too. But after reading more found the problem that they don't sell to the private. Most of their distributors do sell some but as a set of RE460 which consist of 9 different boards. I dont think I will use the rest of 8. And if you liked the RE460-01 for QFP64 too but that's not possible for HC11/Hc(9)08 where the pitchs are 0.8mm not
0.5mm. I passed through epboard.com before but non of the board interests me. So far I have a goal to make my own the Beeprog adapters ready for 29BL802 and next could be M58BW016 if the RE460-02 is affordable, you can help to put your hand in, the knowledges are shared.
