Fiat km tool from ecutool

@obdmaster I believe the keygen version works with the mod, might be worth pm'ing fix and this software minus keygen, may stop some sellers being able to rip it off if they haven't fixed it already.

version 1.4 Fiat KM Tool chinese interface works perfect. I tested witch Punto 02' and Panda 05.

In the early clones didn't work, we ended up finding out that the resistor needed removing to make it work.

I bought my dongle from sinosells last week. It was a little difficult to install the software, but it works at the end.
You can download a keygen and programs from sinosells webpage...

-Fiat Stilo MY2006: Connected, read, but write up only(from 55.332km->55.560km), down not :-( SUCKS!
-Fiat Stilo MY2002: Connected, read, but Didn't work...
-Grande Punto MY2008: It couldn't connected with the car

-Panda MY2005: Worked perfectly

In my experience, if the program read the km value perfectly, it can be write up and down.
If the program read the km value and write at the end another number(correct km:55.332, the program read: 553325), it won't write only up the mileage!
