    Default W32/BLASTER

I have Window XP operating system.
Above file tries to load everytime my daughter goes on the computer. I have disabled it but I want to get rid off from my computer. I searched on Google and it directed me to microsoft site which advised me that there was a fix with service pack 1 and it is not letting me download above sevice pack again. Any help would be appriciated. My computer has gone very slow. I have tried to scan with malewarebytes and AVG but it has not improved.

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Sounds like the very old Blaster worm virus.

You will need to end task certain things before it will let you get rid of it.

Check for PENIS as a running process in task manager, you can download the blaster worm removal tool off loads of different AV sites.

Thank you for the advice. I have alredy installed service pack 3 on my computer and I cannot find the process in task list you have mentioned above.
I was informed that the fix was in service pack 1. I am trying to delete and install service pack 1 if possible. Another solution is to make my daughter as administer and then download any removal tool but I am afraid that Blaster may do some damage because I have read that if is infects in Adminstration a/c then it wil cause lot of damage. At present I have disable my daughter a/c and advised her to use guest a/c which I have created for her until I am sure I have removed Blaster from her account.

Service Pack 1 and 2 are included in Service Pack 3, so you don't have to uninstall SP3, to install SP1 - this makes no sense at all...

Empty your internet cache and temp files - a common hiding place.

This is a useful utility for internet and temp file cleanup.

CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

It may also be a good idea to remove windows restore points as virii often hide here and pc can be reinfected when a restore occurs.
