Lexia and PP2000 update without internet

Tried updating Lexia and get the following error when trying to open the software

"The internet update was not performed correctly. Please restart your tool and start the Lexia application"

The Peugeot Planet one worked fine, but Lexia does not

What would be the problem?

It`s works but only with lexia for citroen. PP2000 don`t have this tricks.
With Lexia You can change resolution to 800x600 etc.

I have the same trouble 6 months - no answer

Hi John

Yes you need to Connect your interface if you are Updating it from Internet Updates..........

Hi Ash i know how to update from internet
but when i go through that route it shows
the red update 346.43 as the only available
update but this is the current software tha is installed
i need to correctly install 347.45 or correct
this or find out how to intall without internet

Thank you so much scarymistake, your work is unparalleled as is your dedication. I have successfully updated my version of lexia and am extremely pleased.

May I also ask for a copy of PP200 v22.14 so I can now update my peugeot planet software?

A friend of mine tried to install LEXIA and PP2000, everything went well but after it starts (both LEXIA and PP - not every time-but we can say... usually) this error appears....Then i have tried to reinstall everything...but the same thing...
I have searched DK but didn't find anything....Have i missed something??
Can someone tell me where is the problem..

A PROBLEM OCCURED THAT SAY

"the update via internet did not complete correctly
please restart your tool and restart the application
contact the automobiles peugeot echnical help line if the problem presists"

please help also if there is new version ful may i download
