Well, I doubt the validity of these codes.
First of all, your version converts 4698 & 4699 to the same code - U1113. Of course it isn't a U code.
I also doubt if all the parts describes on the codes you list are even present on your car.
All the other codes are questionable too. You would need the latest version of VCDS from Ross-Tech.
The modern engines from the VAG-group do not give the old-fashioned 5-digit code anymore. They will use the hexadecimal 4-digit P and U codes.
Maybe reread the codes from your car with the OBD2/EPBD function in Vag-com.

Converting is easy. Use Windows calculator, type in decimal number and then click on hex. Now you have the P-code, unless the number is above 0C000hex. For U-codes subtract 0C000hex.
Or read with OBD2 mode from Vag-com. No conversion needed, that will give you P-codes and U-codes.

Can you post the complete list of all 38 errors you have?

I still think this list is bogus.
According to the list you have 2 starter relays, 2 fuel pump relays, 2 coolant pumps (both electric), 4 exhaust temperature sensors, almost all of them defective. I doubt if all of these parts are present on your car.
But perhaps the answer is in the following codes:
4451 - Powertrain Databus: No Communications
    U0002 00 [167] - Mechanical Failure
But how Vagcom reads the codes is a riddle to me.
    Otherwise this may cause it:
5590 - Internal Control Module: Processor Fault
    P0606 00 [032] - Short to Plus
    7945 - Internal Control Module: Failed Self-Test
    P1603 00 [033] - Open or Short to Ground
Which basically says the ecu has gone belly up.

Read it with Vcds 10.6 or use the EOBD/OBD2 button to read the codes.
Seen reports on VCDS 10.3 giving out codes on Exhaust temp. sensor 3 & 4 and Audi claiming there's nothing wrong.
And that was with the exact same ecu - 03L 906 022 B.

Misfires can also be caused by a wrong mixture.
Check around inlet- and exhaust-manifold for air leaks.
Does this engine have a Air mass sensor? They also can fail and give a too low signal, causing the ecu to inject to less fuel.
