problem with KTS 540 interface

Hi to all

my KTS is bloked now and i have to reset it, in the past i tried this code IA4KD but now it doesn't work, please any one can helps me?

i'm jobles now please i need a help.

Were did you tried that code?
If you had problems when updating firmware you can do a forced update or even downgrade it using RBPLFWconfig.exe located in C:\Bosch_PR\FwUpdate
Open input password chose model of KTS chose firmware hit download.
I fix them all the time when clients interrupt firmware making it to blink red (firmware problems)

thanks alot for your answer,
i had open this file like you told me after that i was forced to put the password , and now the password witch i know is IA4KD i get the message try again, it means the password is wrong.

these steps i have done it before in the past and always i succed but this time no chance.

Don't type capital its small ia4kd its working in 2010-3 tried now...
If you have problems try executing directly from DVD.
