you can change com port and irq in visa by means of F2 or modifying visa config.ini file

password for F2 SETUP option is tec (and wait, dont click enter) or just wait without writing anything (for visa 1.83 cracked, the one which bypasses genuine hardware checking, the one i use with no-atmel interface)

here are two debug files created with dosbox-debug.exe in megabuild6 for com1.
MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
with directserial, only cycles=auto works (cycles=max makes visa 1.83 crash at the beginning).
with nullmodem server (and vspe), cycles=max works faster
com2 still blinks ok but com1 does nothing
please take a look to debug files, maybe you find the communication problem.
dosbox-debug.exe gives a lot of info, i can see what dbcodici.exe is doing/calling at every moment, it is great!

ps: the problem about visa crashing in dosbox with directserial was the configuration cycles=max
when i select cycles=auto, it runs very slowly (3000 cycles) but doesnt crash at all

Yes, with 16bit cards with dos drivers. There are 2 cards working:
    -silicom
    -argosy

Both were available with one or two com-ports.

    Default mgf vvc

    hi
does visa communicate with mems 2 as fitted to rovers mgf vvc to read /clear fault codes.
the application list just states mems but on listing in program it only says mems 1.9 under rover mg.
ive tried with the single port k line interface i had with me but wont connect i was just wondering if mems 2 is k and l line????

    H? guys,

I need help with Uniscan-Visa, ( by Manocao ) without atmel chip, but is full working, ( great job ).

    My doubt is :

When working with Fiat cars, it doesn't show the parameter ( Lambda ) and ( calculated x factor ), is show ( off or cut-off ).

    some idea ?
    Thanks for all.

warning: if visa doesn't start (because of vstart.exe issue), choose start ms-dos, then type:
    call cab visa visa <enter>
    dbcodici <enter>

this starts dbcodici.exe instead of vstart.exe
vstart.exe is just a little program to start dbcodici.exe, but sometimes it fails
    dbcodici.exe is the main program
