Black Ops for Wii

i have wii softmodded 4.3.
i load game games via h/d using configirable usb loader.

i see posts saying to change ios loader from 222 to 224.
i only have options for 222 and 223???

can someone explain in " idiot language", what i am doing wrong and how to fix it please...

i am a total noob with wii stuff, any help appreciated...

You need to install ios 224 (57) v5.1 from here: using wad manager

then set config usb

• Configurable USB Loader -> Select The Game-> Press 1 to go into Options-> IOS = 224 you want to use for the game -- Press 2 to save

Tried 224 [57] v5.1.wad on CFG rev 60 with no luck, tried 249 [57] rev20.wad and it worked on CFG rev 60.
Tried disc load { back up} 249 [57] rev 20 on Neogamm r8 and worked, but the wii was grunting and groaning at me, any idea's anyone ? on the noise that is?

Still can't get usb loadergx to work tried both 249 v19 & V20
and 250 V20 wondering if it's the game!!!!!
the only reason I have not tried another loader is because all my other games work fine

What version of the COD game are peeps using?
mine was (imars-codbo PAL)

What rev GX are you on ?.
You do know you can have more than one usb loader.
I d/l and burned a pal iso.

I put the game on my HDD, selected IOS224 under uLoader 4.9 but it hung whilst loading the game. So I assume I need to upgrade my cIOS224.

I've downloaded those 5.1 packs but TBH I'm not sure what to do with them. Should I put the boot.dol from the cios_installer folder of the uloader archive into the root of my SD card and boot from SD just to upgrade the cIOS or should I do the whole lot?

Would it be easier to use the internet updater? Will that do uLoader and the cIOS and still retain my forwarder channel or should I remove that first?

That's the trouble with these kits that do everything for you; when something goes wrong you don't know bits to replace!

I am running the same version of the game and have it running perfectly on the usbloader gx 938 and cIOS 249[57]v20. I have uploaded both files into the downloads section.

Please forgive me i usually only hang out on the satellite boards but was wondering if any experts can help with this. I'm trying to load an ntsc version on a softmodded wii from disk, running neogamma r9 b47 cios57rev 20 and i keep getting a black scree. The same happens when using uloader. Any ideas where i'm going wrong, its starting to drive me a little nuts now. Cheers Bert

Tried loader gx 937 & 938 but found it not working as smooth as older version installed as a channel

will give this another go I'll check game with another usb loader Maybe config usb loader and reinstall iso249 & 250

can't believe i'm having this much trouble

The version of gx shouldn't matter just put Digital Kaos - Downloads - cIOS240[57]-v20 for COD black ops in wads and install. I know this is working. If you still have problems try another iso. I have just noticed the link says cIOS 240 it is 249 I have just edited in downloads, sorry if it's confusing peeps.

See that's the thing about you ck-ok. You're the f?cking man. I've just tested zombie mode and online with no issues whatsoever.
Running uLoader 4.9 with an upgraded version of cIOS224.

as for 57 as a base,all the solutions in this thread are based on a base of 57 but because you are using uloader by hermes it stood to reason that hermes 5.1 installer would be the most compatable for you.
