    Default XPROG-M question

    just bought the Xprog-M from china suplayer. When i tried to read one chip 24c16 or everithing else theare gone ERROR - DEVICE SILENT. No one of LED's going to light. Can someone help me?

    did you follow pin out diagram for the chip you are trying to read
    and are drivers installed and working ?
    Today is the Tomorrow you worried about yesterday ......Was it worth it ?

    i've install only usb drivers that came with cd form china, ftdi...
    even when i tried to gave hardware info buton - device silent
    when i gave 15v pover suply the result is the same

    for read you dont need to power xprog ! see in what com your xprog conect put it in (com) 1,2, or 3 !
    every time xprog says divice is silence ! swich off the usb and conect again !
    baud rate must be 220000kps

    Power your Xprog M and connect to RS232 cable and will work 100%

    If you use a usb connection check in xprog software that the correct port is selected.
    I experienced a simmilar problem and what i was doing wrong was that i was connecting the xprog in one of the usb ports that are not straight plugged in the motherboard of my pc.
    Did you find a solution to your PROBLEM ?
