Default BMW E38/E39 IKE Bin files needed

Does anyone have the BIN files for an E38 or E39 instrument cluster? I have a 2001 and need the following.

    IKE_eep.bin and IKE_EEP.wr

Mines have corrupted and I have erractic guages now. I have the 93S55 chip, SW 13

    Thanks

Would this be the same file for a 2005 e53 x5? or does anyone have the files for an e53 x5? reason being is I have eeprom check sum error. I have 2 main problems, one being that the outside temp sensor works, Ive tried 4 sensors and have another e46 ive tested them on, knowing they all work. but as soon as the x5 hits 90 degrees out the cluster jumps to 122 and then turns the check engine light on. Wiring is good and not shorted, ambient temp sensors work on the e46 and work at anything below 90. I believe it is the corrupt eeprom check sum in the IKE causing this issue... the other is i need to remove some facotry coding on my x5 because the air suspension was removed.. this is not causing any trouble right now but it i couldn't get NCS expert to work for the same eeprom check sum error reason...
