    Default does any body no about apline cd player

    my apline cd player keeps cutting power to it wen i switch my car engine off and resets everything can any bout help please

    check wiring at rear of radio
    sounds like 12v live is missing (possably yellow wire)
    if no 12v live with ign (key) off check fuses

    Definitely missing the permenant live m8, their will be 2 lives your cd will need one is red the other is "usualy" yellow one will connect to a permenant 12v supply the other will connect to a live when ignition is on,, if you have them the wrong way round, or only one connected that will cause the problem your having.

    Alpine Headunits have a red and a yellow wire they have a double bullet connector on the yellow and you can plug the red into it and then it will be powered constantly

    If you car is a Vauxhall the red and yellow are the opposite way round
