Hey guys I'm working on a heads up display module with a S93A66 and I'm wondering if I can READ it as a 93C66? I've got my trusty old PocketProgrammer and the Serial EEPROM adapter but I'm afraid to try it without hopefully hearing someone has done it first
Any input is appreciated!

You must read it as 93S66.

Hrmm havent heard of an S66 yet, I dont suppose there is another 66 that this thing will read as? My programmer apparently doesnt support it however I do see people on here swapping to a 93C66 in place of a 93A66 hence my question Originally Posted by tachonow

Yup saw that as soon as I opened my mouth LOL HOWEVER it seems a 93L66 should work so I'll try that tonight

Just a heads up in case anyone else has the same issue, it read out just fine as a 93L66
