EPC error please help

Hello,

i have installed EPC and WIS , all work fine and after 2 weeks i get error when i would like open "datacard " :

"No read authorization for this datacard"

please can anyone help me ??

So were you able to read data cards previously with this installation? Is this car from the same market area as others that you can read? Have you looked at your access authorisation settings?

i read the data like first time and same VIN number ....

before are work all fine now not work , not understand where is the problem. Database work all correct but only can't open "datacard" from EPC ... WIS work fine ....

please help if you know where is the problem

You have to modify the epc access authorization setting.

Goto EWA net login.

Click administration - Group - permission group for the server administrator

In the EPC access authorization, choose limited access authorization. Click limit access authorization

Then click update, untick datacard blocked

Save then save again.
