baxi has got a new gas boiler out with a stirling engine in it when you use gas you are generating electric +you get a goverment buy back of 13pence a unit for 10 years its not the cheapest boiler but should pay for its self or there are solar panels you can put on the roof wired into your electric they have a 42 pence/unit buy back for 10 years finallyyou have solar panels on the roof and they are connected to an unvented hot water tank which should cut down the hot water bill oh and theres always bypassing the meter

next time im out and about i take you a picture

gas and electric can both be done easy

electric you need to pull fuse that is before meter you then just need to disconnect wires that go into meter and join them to the wires that come out of meter

you can even buy new seals so it looks the business when the meter man comes

100 UTILITY SEALS AND SEALING PLIERS/ELECTRIC METERS/ | eBay UK

gas is also simple turn off gas

two big spanners unscrew meter turn meter round so it faces wall re-attach take care not to damge bolts and use some boss paste to seal joints

apparantly some meters ( i have not seen them not sure if it is scaremongering) will not allow this as the valve only moves one way

you can get around this by making your own fitting copper pipe and 2 male ends or alternately get a new meter from somewhere and replace it with your own for 2 month and then put your own one back come meter reading month

meters can be found anywhere they are demolishing/building houses

it is soooo simple its common sense you either connect wires/pipes to bypass the meter or use another meter and change it back if meter readers are due

if on a card try to put a little on now and again to avoid suspicion

I'm just installing PV panels on my roof, this will generate me money by offsetting the electricity I don't use back into the National grid via a meter, they can be expensive to fit but being a spark I get everything at trade, as for gas we have just purchase a multi fuel burner, burns anything even shredded tyre pellets, ~~~~ them robbin b-strds....

you get kits that are used to put a card meter inside and you get a bar to fit where the meter goes, also use 2 pieces of rubber to stop leaving shiny marks on the couplings

If you are doing anything with a gas meter the two brass nuts usually go shiney where they have made contact with your spanner, an easy way to dull and age them again so the meter man doesn't suspect is to get some strips of material and soak them in vinegar, wrap these around the nuts for about 30minutes then remove but don't wipe the nuts, this will give a natural tarnished effect.......

do you work for a power company mate ? you dont need to name them if you do, i was just wondering.

    p.s
the guys talking about swapping the meter over etc to screw the companys, i know exactly what you mean but unfortunately in this new house the meter is on the wall outside in the street in full view of all the neighbours, so thats a no-no for me, , thanks anyway.

    p.p.s
contacted british gas tonight and told them why does moneysupermarket.com tell me that british gas is the best deal and it says the currrent tarriff i am on is the cheapest and it also says it will save me 139quid on what i'm paying just now, when i told the guy in british gas about this he said that money supermarkets website must be faulty, LOL, asshole !

Another thing I have noticed about gas and electricity suppliers is that is when you apply to take on there services they only ask for your name to who the bill is to be charged, well what is stopping you from phoning up say september time and saying you are the new tennant and giving some fictitous name, making sure the bills are all paid up to date. Then run up a good bill, phone them up about 6 months later and put the bill back in your name saying the tennant you had has ~~~~ed off owing you money, tell them you have no idea where they are, they will try to persue them but because they don't exist they will never achieve this and you have had a winter fuel free cost.....

    Mate, Scottish Hydro are dicks.

I was put onto them by one of the money saving websites. I actually signed up to a company that called themselves Equipower (or something like that) but it turned out that Scottish Hydro supplied their services in my area (Coatbridge). I didn't see a single penny saving, infact my bills jumped up on average ?10m per month!

After about 8 months I signed with Scottish Gas and my bills dropped considerably.
