The fault happens when you try and start a Nissan with a low battery or in your case blown fuse.

    1. Ensure battery is charged
    2. Erase all faults in the ECM and NATS (if any)
    3. Initialize communication between ECU and NATS.

Start car job done. On a rare occasion you may need to reprogram keys.

    Hi Z786

I have seen this fault code before on Nissan But, never seen any which will NOT crank, always they crank but it will not fire...

Any way in this case have you checked the wirings from ignition switch to engine bay fuse box, starter relay, and to starter if all is OK...........Also have you tried to power up the starter direct and see if the starter is OK.

    Thanks Ash

got another one today, same error code, but this time steering lock was taken out to replace power steering pump. now the immo light stays on solid, sometimes the key light flashes green then goes off, no crank

tried a new battery but still no go, any ideas?

Hang on, flashes green, that would suggest it's one of them funky hands free modules things (like renos) - and in that case it's electric power steering.

Suggest some plank has not quite got a plug in place, or has the radio active lump of smeg off this thraed http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-warns-226734/ in their pocket

(got one of them colums in my shed)

Besides, i'm really pished off now, chances are yours is some non paying family job - this is a real proper job http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...8/#post1246990

Can't find the thread i leeched an Immo off file from to report it worked, oh bolloxks, i'm off to be bye.

    Hi

Try resetting by removing the fuse marked IK in interior fuse box then clear fault codes and see if that helps............

    Thanks Ash
