this is like the opel ... I advise you to cut the pin 35. to me it has worked ... but the file is not correct ... try this ...

Good question.This thread was in year 2011 all thanks was post after 5 years and nobody share if the solution is good or not.
So please share if work and must cut pin 35 or 37.

24c04 no_immo.zip
With this file car works 100% - checked in my workshop
But you have to:
1) cut immo line pin 37 (blue/gray) of engine ecu
2) give additional ground on relay called "SM" in engine fusebox (starter motor relay)
3) remove alarm module (behind radio) and desolder buzer from inside
4) cut 4th pin from the smallest plug (3rd one) blue/pink - this is red immo diode on dash
5) if engine check light is on cut also pin 42 of engine ecu (YELLOW/RED OR GREEN/RED)

Works fine

Try starting and stopping 50 times as lupu says cuts back in

Guys I want to thank you. The file works fine. I cut the line of the immo directly from the immo box , also cut the starter relay cable. Additional ground to the relay and the starter also work fine. WIth this config you still can use the central locking function. Thanks again

Hi all,Rover 45 2004,I made immo off files 24c04 no_immo ,car start,but how to turn off the alarm ?
Alarm modul 4 connectors,I tried to completely turn off the unit, but the central locking does not work,
the interior light, everything that is responsible for comfort not work.

from memory i *THINK* locate the immboliser module that in cente console
THINK black/orange. When you hold the key to crank become positive. Going through a starter relay
Somewhere in the middle of the plug.

find that wire hold key over flash a negative see if it cranks. ‘Next to’ it is black wire join them t’gether.
