Renault Dialogys on-line

How can I search by VIn number in dialogys?
I used to be a dealer, so I can use it but now i don't have renault net.
Is there any solution to do it like in renault service?
Or is there any web page for that?

If you were Dealer for Renault than I am sure you must be knowing better than us about Renaults.

At about 2008 Renault.net, closed as a privet line from that point renault.net was a free line and you could use it with a memory stick. BUT for Dialogys you just need your dealer number and a code for BVM nothing else. in one dealer every PC uses the same code.
SO nobody tryed it before....

Why don't you ask in the Ren dealer where you used to work, you must have a mate still there that can give you the codes

My own company was a dealer!
Now we work as a service but not as a dealer....

hola, soy Francisco.

tengo instalado dialogys, y en vez de buscar con todo el n? de chasis. busco por el tipo de vehiculo y no tengo nigun problema.
el tipo de vehiculo son las letras y numeros 4,5,6,7 del n? de chasis empezando por la izquierda
