when you start the car it should come out of economy mode that is just that you havent had the engine running and had ignition on door open so on so it goes into power save mode.
as for the anti theft system ... does the car start?

That's correct, when battery voltage become low Peugeot enter in Economy mode, start engine to get out of this mode or charge the battery. I think that even with the battery full of charge using a external charger the 307 need to start the engine to get out of Economy mode.

when battery voltage become low mean 7,5V Peugeot enter in Economy mode
and DTC will be generated:low battery voltage

ok dont worry about the economy mode thats not a problem. yes your problem with the anti theft is most likely because it doesnt recognise the keys ... you need to get the security code either from dealer or one of the lads on here then program all keys this should cure your problem if it doesnt then it could be a fualt on the bsi but get the security code and try that first

Remove the vehicle forced ECO mode
1 - The battery must be between 13 and 14 volts (Use a battery charger)
Note: Connect the negative lead in the body or engine block.
2 - Forcing the departure of the vehicle. Note the vehicle is not out of eco mode with the battery so as to give the match the voltage drops to 10 volts whenever the vehicle trying to exit echo it enters new mind sulu?ao 100%

Forget about the eco mode, it is not a problem all peugeot with key on for more then 15min will enter on that state. So u ve got either a problem with immo or rev sensor, check it hte car shows the rev on the scanner when u try to stat the car.. Check if there is any moisten signal on ecu, it is very comum on that model.. As u described it looks the engine ecu is dead.
